 Meditation and Pre-Yoga - ECE 

At  MindMove Kids we introduce young children (ages 2.5-5) to the magical world of yoga and meditation, helping them build a foundation of mindfulness, movement, and emotional well-being from an early age. Through playful, engaging, and age-appropriate sessions, we nurture body awareness, focus, and self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Mindful for Primary School 

At MindMove Kids, we support the emotional and physical wellbeing of tamariki aged 5–11 through mindful.

As children grow, they face new emotional and social challenges — and MindMove Kids helps them navigate this journey with confidence, calm, and strength. Our sessions are designed to be fun, interactive, and developmentally appropriate, blending yoga, breathwork, mindfulness games, and guided relaxation in a safe and inclusive environment.

Emotional Resilience – Children learn to recognise their feelings, manage stress, and respond to big emotions with calm and clarity.
Strength & Focus – Activities that support physical development, balance, strength, and coordination while also improving focus and concentration.
Mindfulness Skills for Real Life – Through guided breathing, visualisations, and movement-based games, kids build tools they can use at school, home, and beyond.
Confidence & Connection – Practising in small groups helps children feel seen, supported, and connected — building self-esteem and empathy.
